It’s official! I Feel Like I Have a Lot to Say is now available for preorder on Kindle!

I wrote this book because so much of what I know about leadership, I learned by getting it wrong first. By second-guessing myself. By walking into rooms where I wasn’t sure I belonged. By having hard conversations, making mistakes, finding my voice, and eventually realizing that leadership was never about becoming the most confident person in the room.

It was about learning to trust myself enough to lead anyway.

This book is for the person who has wondered if they’re ready yet. The person who cares deeply about doing a good job but still questions whether they’re doing enough. The person who has something to say but sometimes needs a little courage to actually say it.

I wanted to write the book I would have needed earlier in my career. Not a book from someone who has leadership completely figured out, but one that feels like sitting down over coffee with someone who has been there too.

And now, it’s actually going out into the world. 🩵
