Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to the work that requires building, transforming, and improving. Whether developing a new program from the ground up, leading a large-scale technology implementation, redesigning an operational process, strengthening organizational infrastructure, or identifying opportunities for significant cost savings, I approach each challenge with the same goal: create solutions that work for both the organization and the people within it.

The projects featured here represent some of the initiatives I’m most proud to have led or helped bring to life. They span operational transformation, healthcare strategy, technology, employee development, process improvement, vendor management, customer experience, and organizational growth. More than individual accomplishments, these projects reflect how I lead: understanding the problem, bringing the right people together, building thoughtful and sustainable solutions, and creating the structure necessary for those solutions to continue delivering value long after implementation.
