Selected to participate in Meridian’s Leadership Academy, a professional development program designed to strengthen leadership capabilities and prepare emerging leaders for continued growth within the organization. The experience helped deepen my approach to communication, team development, accountability, and navigating change while giving me the opportunity to learn alongside other leaders across the organization.
The program became an important part of my leadership development and helped shape the people-centered approach I carried forward into increasingly complex leadership roles. I went on to lead large, cross-functional teams, develop emerging leaders, guide major operational initiatives, and build highly engaged teams grounded in trust, transparency, and shared accountability.
