Recognized for Leadership, Impact & a Commitment to Meaningful Change

Recognized by Influential Women for my leadership and contributions across healthcare operations, nonprofit management, and organizational transformation. My feature explores my professional journey, approach to building and leading high-performing teams, commitment to mission-driven work, and the mentors and experiences that have shaped the leader I am today.

Through an in-depth interview, I also had the opportunity to share some of the principles that guide me personally and professionally, including integrity, kindness, collaboration, supporting other women, and having the courage to pursue opportunities even when you don't feel completely ready. The feature also includes my published thought leadership article, Do It Scared: The Courage to Begin Before You're Ready, centered on a philosophy that has become foundational to the way I approach leadership and growth: courage isn't about eliminating fear. It's about choosing to move forward anyway.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Do the hard thing. Even if it's scary, do it anyway. I remind myself of that every single day. Nobody gets anywhere when they're not being brave. Just do it, even if you have to do it scared.”
