Strengthening the Skills to Build, Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams
Completed the University of Michigan’s Leading Teams course, focused on the principles and practices behind building and leading effective teams. The program explored team structure, talent management, motivation, decision-making, collaboration, and creating environments where individuals can perform at their best. This certification strengthened my understanding of the relationship between team dynamics and organizational performance while providing additional tools for developing people, navigating complex team environments, and creating cultures built around trust, accountability, and shared success.
